Dear friends of the I’mportant Videoshow,
we’re here today to say thank you.
Three years and 83 episodes later, the web series asking people for the answer to a simple question - “what is important?” - is entering a second phase.
We’re going to pause the show.
We’ll let the episodes age for ten years.
When we come back, we’re going to film the same people, hopefully in the same order. We will record their experience while we make them watch the episode in which their ten year younger version starred and gave answer to what he or she thought was important.
In that light, immediately after, we’re going to ask for their comments on their old opinion and present them with the same but slightly different question: “Is it still important?”
In order to let oblivion take hold and surprise take effect, during the following week we’re going to make all the videos private on our Vimeo & Youtube channels, and gradually re-release them in front of their original star, as the episode turns 10. So if you wish to give them all one more spin, now’s the time!
We leave you with a song recommended by one of our stars (hi Lisa Marr!) and we Thank you all so very much. It’s been such a silly, jolly ride!

The gentleman holding his nephew in the middle of this picture is Mr. Bo Emrik Pepke, our Production Design teacher. Mr. Bo is the archetypal scholar, whose knowledge, wisdom and goodness make you feel human, blessed and safe. He receives applauses at the end of his lectures.
He’s a hero in one of our soon to come episodes from the Season no 4.
Ladies and gentlemen, greetings from Copenhagen!
It’s with immense pleasure that I introduce you the two new members of The Important Videoshow’s team, the young and talented Bertan Cómert and Márton Borzák!
Mr. Cómert is 22, comes from Germany, and is the show’s dedicated location manager - turning slowly into an executive producer. Mr. Borzák is soon to be 28, comes from Hungary, and he’s the show’s new hot-shot graphic designer.
Season no. 4 is already ten episodes into the making, and the Premiere date, although not settled, is right around the corner.
On that bombshell we say good-bye, while me and Alex Bălă, the show’s original score composer, ask for your kindness in giving a warm welcome to our newly grown international team!
super friends of our friends,
tomorrow is the last episode of Season no. 2. Filmed between September 2011 and March 2012, this season added twelve new stars to what we hope will become an endless catwalk of friendship, ideas, ideals and bottom-line thoughts on what’s important in life.
Alex Bălă and myself are extremely grateful for your continuous flow of love vibes which make our job simple and most fortunate.
Keep an eye on the future, as the next season will start broadcasting sometime in the summer. And keep your heart close to what is relevant. To what’s important.
